Work With True North

Work With Me

True North Wellness offers practical, individualized support designed to help you better understand your current nutrition and lifestyle patterns, identify realistic priorities, and build habits that fit your everyday life.

Rather than focusing on quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans, we take a foundational approach—looking at areas such as nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, hydration, routines, and the goals that matter most to you.

Sessions are offered virtually, making it easy to receive support from wherever you are.

Start Your Journey to Better Health with a Complimentary Discovery Call.

Your first step is a relaxed 20-30 minute conversation to talk about what brings you to True North Wellness, what you're hoping to improve, and what kind of support you're looking for.

I'll also walk you through how my approach works so we can decide whether working together feels like the right fit.

One-on-One Support

Meaningful change takes time. That’s why the True North coaching experience is designed as a 12-week process rather than a one-time consultation.

We begin by taking a closer look at your nutrition, lifestyle, routines, goals, and current concerns. From there, I develop personalized recommendations and help you turn those recommendations into practical, realistic steps.

During the first month, we’ll meet weekly to build momentum, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and make adjustments. As you gain confidence, sessions become less frequent so you have more space to practice what you’re learning in everyday life.

The goal is not to make you dependent on another plan. It’s to help you better understand your own patterns and leave with tools, habits, and greater confidence moving forward.

What's Included

Initial Review Session (60 minutes)

We begin with a deeper review of your completed intake, Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, Food & Mood Journal, current routines, goals, and areas you’d most like to improve.

This session helps us understand your starting point, identify meaningful patterns, and determine which areas make the most sense to prioritize first.

Personalized Recommendations Session (60 minutes)

After reviewing your intake and our initial conversation, I’ll develop personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on your goals, routines, and current needs.

During this session, we’ll walk through your priorities, discuss the reasoning behind them, and turn them into practical first steps that feel realistic for your life.

Four Weekly Coaching Check-Ins (30 minutes each)

During the first month, we’ll meet weekly to help you build momentum.

These sessions are designed to:

--review what’s working

--troubleshoot challenges

--answer questions

--make practical adjustments

--support consistency and accountability

The goal is progress, not perfection.

Four Ongoing Follow-Up Sessions (45 minutes each)

During the remaining weeks, sessions shift to approximately every two weeks as you gain confidence and practice your new habits in everyday life.

We’ll continue to refine your strategies, work through obstacles, and focus on the areas that matter most as your needs evolve.

Progress Reassessment

Toward the end of the program, you’ll complete a follow-up Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and Food & Mood Journal.

This gives us an opportunity to compare where you started with where you are now, recognize progress, and identify any remaining priorities.

Final Progress & Next Steps Session (60 minutes)

We’ll finish with a comprehensive review of your progress and establish your next direction.

You’ll leave with updated recommendations, strategies to continue, and a clearer understanding of how to move forward with greater confidence and independence.

The graph above shows two sets of results of the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ). The red bars indicate initial symptom severity. The green bars indicate symptom severity after three months of nutritional therapy.

A Closer Look at the NAQ

As part of your personalized journey, we'll use a powerful tool called Nutri-Q. This software helps us better understand your unique health needs by organizing detailed information you provide in a questionnaire called the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ).

The NAQ consists of hundreds of qualifying questions that cover various aspects of your current state of health. Once you complete it, Nutri-Q generates a Symptom Burden Graph, which visually represents the areas where your body may need the most support. The graph helps pinpoint specific foundations of health—such as your Nutrient-Dense Diet, Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Sleep, and Stress Management—that may be affecting your well-being.

Additionally, the graph highlights how these foundational aspects are impacting different body systems, such as your Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Immune, Nervous, and Digestive systems, among others. Based on the results, I will work with you to develop a customized plan that focuses on addressing these foundational needs, helping your body restore balance and function optimally.

During our sessions, we will use the insights from the Symptom Burden Graph to guide recommendations, monitor progress, and ensure that the support you’re receiving is aligned with your bio-individual needs. It's a dynamic, ongoing process to help you achieve your health goals and feel your best.

"I've incorporated the Foundations of Health. My husband had high blood pressure, through diet and better sleep, he's now in the normal ranges without medication. He also lost 22 pounds because of those changes!"
